Chris Tennant | Bio

I live in Eugene, Oregon, with my wife, three kids, three cats, and five chickens.
My first short story was read on the radio when I was twelve. About eating mango ice cream on Mars.
I spent way too much time in school. I did fieldwork in Guatemala for my Ph.D. in anthropology. Along the way, I picked up a couple of law degrees. For my day job, I’m a software architect.
It was telling stories to my kids Joshua and Rebecca that brought me back to what I love. Stories of Rupert, David and Miranda. Of the lemur with the high squeaky voice who stole oranges. Of Lupina the rabbit queen who loved cheese, the stinkier the better.
And so now I write!
